Q B. Chung is a Professor of Information systems at Villanova School of Business. His research interests include postmodern influence of digital culture, trust and deception in digital commerce, big data analytics, text mining and computational linguistics, social networking in location-based mobile marketing , radio frequency identification (RFID) applications in healthcare, strategic alliance in knowledge industries, knowledge management, knowledge acquisition, and knowledge representation.
