Pushpapraj Singh received the M.Tech. degree in solid state technology from the Indian Institute of Technology Madras, Chennai, India, in 2007, and the Ph.D. degree from Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore, in 2012, with Prof. Miao Jianmin.,After the Ph.D. degree, he joined the Institute of Microelectronics (IME), A STAR, Singapore.

He joined CARE, IIT Delhi, New Delhi, India, as an Assistant Professor, in September 2016. His research interests include MEMS-based switches and non-volatile memories, piezoresistive and acoustic wave pressure/force sensors, inertial sensors, and miniaturized medical devices.
