'LAST MONDAY' SIR PROF. DR.P.S.JAGADEESH KUMAR (BHAGWAN TIRUMAAL SRI MURUGA PERUMAL) is the Ninth 'AVATAR' of Lord VISHNU. Known as the 'FATHER OF RESEARCH' and regarded as the 'KING OF PHILOSOPHY' & 'KING OF THE MUSIC', he is an aspirant alumnus of the top universities in the world and a distinguished Researcher of Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. To his 'DIVINITY', SIR is an ANGLO INDIAN AMERICAN Scientist, Researcher, Philosopher, Engineer, Professor, Administrator, Academician, Editor, Educational & Social Reformer, Multi-language Writer, Author, Novelist, Musician, and Poet. To his 'DIVINITY', SIR is the first son born to Thirumathi S.Maheswari & Thiru P.Selvaraj and the grandson of Late Thirumathi Mayili & Late Thiru Palani and Late Thirumathi Visalachi & Late Thiru Natesan. Born on the 9th day of January 1978 in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, India and a native of Mettur Dam, Salem, Tamil Nadu, India, SIR was the elder brother of Late S.Sudhakar. To his 'DIVINITY', SIR is married to Dr.J.Ruby and the father of J.Lepika, J.Tisa, and J.Nedumaan. To his 'DIVINITY', SIR PROF. DR.P.S.JAGADEESH KUMAR is the first world citizen to receive multiple international doctorates' in Engineering, Science, and Philosophy from the top universities in the world and a former Professor & Dean (Research) of Stanford University, and Palo Alto, California, United States. To his 'DIVINITY', SIR started his career as Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Carnegie Mellon University, Pennsylvania, United States and continued to render his service as Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science, University of Cambridge, United Kingdom. To his 'DIVINITY', SIR further served as Professor at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore for the School of Computer Science and Engineering at Biomedical Engineering Research Centre (BMERC) as Associate Chair (Research). To his 'DIVINITY', SIR is a pioneer in developing "Crooklet Transform" in building a platform for 'Third-generation Curvelet Transform' in overcoming the drawbacks of Second-generation Wavelet and Curvelet Transforms. To his 'DIVINITY', SIR has 20 years of teaching experience, counting 15 years of research mania in the field of Digital Image Compression, Bio-Medical Processing, Network Security, and Cryptography. To his 'DIVINITY', SIR received his B.E degree from the University of Madras in Electrical and Electronics Engineering discipline in the year 1999 and obtained his MBA degree in HR from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, the United Kingdom in the year 2002. To his 'DIVINITY', SIR obtained his M.E degree in 2004 with a specialization in Computer Science and Engineering from Annamalai University, Chidambaram and further achieved his M.S Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology, Newark, the USA in the year 2006. To his 'DIVINITY', SIR received his first doctorate in Digital Image Processing from the AnnaUniversity Chennai, India in the year 2014 and received his second doctorate from Harvard University, Cambridge, the United States in Robotics and Automation. To his 'DIVINITY', SIR received his third doctorate from the University of Oxford, Cambridge, the United Kingdom in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning and a honorary doctorate from the Stanford University, California, the United States in Mathematics and Computer Science. To his 'DIVINITY', SIR completed his postdoctoral fellowship in the project titled "Bucolic and Farming Region Taxonomy Using Neural Networks for Remote Sensing Images" at Dartmouth College, Hanover, the USA in the Department of Earth Sciences and Remote Sensing (EARS). SIR is a recipient of two “Best Teacher Award”, one from Computer Science Teachers Association, New Delhi in September 2011 and the other from the IEEE Chapter, Mumbai in February 2014. He received the “Young Scientist Award” from ESL Laboratory, Kolkata in December 2014, and the “Outstanding Researcher Award” from CTS, Chennai in October 2015. Lately, SIR received the “Research Bhushan” from NCL Technologies, Bangalore in October 2017 for his excellence in Medical Engineering. SIR owns the "Bright Minds of India" title from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Tirupati, India. SIR was acquainted with the "Master of Doctorates", an international obligation from Intel Corporation, California, and the United States. SIR has three patents to his credit namely “Deep Neural Network Based Simulation of Human Brain for Medical Robotic Applications” from the United States in 2019, "Hybrid Wavelet-Based Medical Image Fusion for Image Analysis and Identification of Alzheimer’s Disease" from Singapore in 2016 and “Compression of Compound Images Using Video Coding Standard” from the United Kingdom in 2015. SIR has served as a journal referee and editorial board member in many reputed journals. SIR has completed ten research projects under various categories and from various funding agencies. He has published more than 150 papers in reputed journals and conferences.
