Philippa Hardman

MA (Hons) Philippa Hardman is a Business Director at Ashridge, focusing on working with boards and senior management at that point where strategy and change intersect to stretch their strategic ambitions, analyse possible scenarios and think through challenging decisions. Philippa’s view is that her role is to facilitate a robust process that helps produce innovative options, provides challenge, helps stuck thinking, and resolves conflict. Her work focuses on increasing the participation of people across an organisation to ensure that any changes are not only achieved but are sustainable. Before joining Ashridge, Philippa worked at Volkswagen, PricewaterhouseCoopers and PA Consulting. She is also an Ashridge accredited coach and qualified by the British Psychological Society to use a range of psychometric tools. Philippa works with a wide range of clients across the public and private sectors in Europe and North America. Her clients include Avis, Aviva, AstraZeneca, Novo Nordisk, Pfizer, Barclays, Foreign & Commonwealth Office, and the Home Office.
