Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode

Dr. Payal is awarded with her Ph.D. from Indian Institute of Management, Indore in the topic of Impact and Implications of Workplace Loneliness. She has been awarded Junior Research Fellowship by University Grants Commission. She is a certified Personal Profile Analysis Practitioner and Emotional Intelligence Assessor.

Dr. Payal is working with Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode as an Assistant Professor since April 2019. Prior to joining IIMK, she was working with Indian Institute of Management Raipur. She has also worked with Foundation for Liberal and Management Education University, Pune. Her primary research interest includes micro-level organizational phenomena that affect employees’ productivity and overall performance.
