Biography

NUS Institute of Systems Science

Nicholas is currently an adjunct lecturer at the NUS Institute of System Science. Experienced in the mechanical engineering field, he specializes in state-of-the-art Industrial 4.0 technologies such as Cyber-Physical Systems (CPSs), Internet-of-Things (IoT), Augmented/Virtual Reality (AR/VR) and Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Nicholas is also spearheading the “Cyber-Physical System (CPS) Workcell” project, which is funded by MOE AcRF Tier-1 Grant. During the course of this project, he developed cutting edge CPS and IoT technologies, a novel Virtual Reality (VR) training system, and groundbreaking optimization models for biofabrication applications.
