Mediation Practitioner, Asia and Europe

Nathalie is a Geneva-based mediation practitioner with international experience across Europe, United Kingdom, Asia and Australia. Over the last 20 years she has facilitated negotiations of business, workplace, community issues supported by significant experience in industry dispute resolution. Nathalie has broadened her practice to include developing negotiation training for professional women, facilitating expert focus groups, mentoring schoolchildren in Conflict Resolution projects, and conducting large group facilitation.

Nathalie is an experienced mediation coach, trainer, and assessor: having developed and delivered Negotiation and Conflict Resolution Management, University of Western Sydney Executive MBA program; training in mediation for business and government participants in Hong Kong and Australia, and acted as assessor in international negotiation and mediation competitions internationally.

Nathalie is a CEDR accredited mediator, completed the Mediating Disputes Course at the Harvard
