Research Interests
My research falls into three related streams. The first stream is focused on understanding the technological, organizational and environmental factors that influence the adoption of conventional and emerging information technologies. The second stream is focused on understanding how firms extract and appropriate value from their technology investments. The third stream is focused on understanding how firms manage and govern their technology investments. I primarily rely on econometric and machine learning techniques to conduct my investigations.
