Biography

Dr Mohammed Santuraki is a past Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Bank of Agriculture Limited, where he led the rebranding and strategic repositioning of the institution into an impactful, visible and financially sustainable development finance institution.

He is owner of Majigi Agro Limited and Impetro Consulting Limited. Majigi is a total agricultural value chain enterprise involved in agricultural production, processing and domestic/export marketing of agricultural commodities. Majigi operates an integrated mechanized farm. Impetro Consulting is a management consultancy that focuses on Training & Development, Business Consulting and Employee Assessments & Surveys. Our firm is a Strategic Business Partner of 360Solutions LLC, a US based, international organization with over 500 strategic partners in the US, and 20 other countries. It is one of the leading providers of high quality employee, management, and leadership training in the market today. In addition, Santuraki was the Pro-chancellor & Chairman of Governing Council of Ibrahim Babangida University, Lapai, Niger State University.

Santuraki has wideranging, hands-on, experience in managing, leading and turning around companies in both private and public sectors. He is a seasoned banker with diversified experience in Nigeria’s financial services sector ranging from agricultural development finance through investment/commercial banking to mortgage banking. Earlier in his career, Santuraki was the Managing Director/CEO of FBN Mortgages Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary is an Alumnus of Oxford Business Alumnus, Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, and Lagos ary of First Bank of Nigeria Plc., where he led the re-launch and rapid growth of the company into profitability. His earlier career positions include Deputy General Manager at First Bank of Nigeria, Senior Manager at Guaranty Trust Bank, and Programmes Manager at The British Council in Nigeria.
