I am based in: Lisbon

I am a technology professional engaged in an independent consultancy activity with several technology companies, and am involved in the creation of an entrepreneur movement around the Future of Work. I have had the opportunity to lead several professional services technology business units in a Telecom environment. I have worked in Portugal, Brazil and Africa after a technology consultancy career in two global firms, mostly in projects for European clients. I started my working experience as an industrial engineer in the automotive industry.

I am passionate about science and technology; I believe they are the areas where humans apply their innate curiosity and fascination for the unknown, and for working with people and the science of human interaction. I feel that in business and society, like in science, the irreverence and curiosity of looking where people don’t usually look, carries risks, but can deliver the breakthroughs our world currently needs.

My current focus is in how to combine the best of technology with the most valuable human skills, finding new models of work. I am looking for ways to contribute to the challenging but exciting transition that the society is facing, which involves the development of new skills, new learning methods, and new more fulfilling jobs.
