Prof. Dr. iur. Melinda F. Lohmann is an Assistant Professor of Business Law with special emphasis on Information Law at the University of St. Gallen and Director of the Research Center for Information Law.
In her research she deals with legal questions concerning robotics, selfdriving cars and Artificial Intelligence (AI). Her habilitation project is on contractual aspects of the digital economy. Currently, she is concerned with automated decisions and algorithmic transparency.
