Meelimari Arro

At Palladium, Meeli is leading the Digital Due Diligence practice drawing from her experience in mostly start-up/scale-up businesses. She’s led DDD engagements on various mid market deals from e-commerce to business services and insurance across UK, Europe and US. This includes working at Rocket Internet (aka the ‘startup factory’ that invests in and incubates digital businesses) during the $4bn IPO. She has advised and worked in blockchain and AI-powered businesses in FinTech, Team Analytics, Employee Engagement/Culture and AdTech.

Meeli has a passion for innovation and culture, follows the start-up scene for latest developments and is fascinated by how technology and AI make ambiguous or ‘fluffy’ domains like culture/people quantifiable and even predictable.

Having worked both in advisory roles and at the client side, she has an international background in growth, digital Got-to-Market strategy and business turnaround/expansion.

Continuously learning, she has an MSc in Management from Cass Business School and received academic scholarships to study at both UCL and Georgetown University.

Meeli has also spoken at Google Campus and Cass Business School on topics about start-ups and digital.
