During her mandate, she led a portfolio of breakthrough business growth opportunities in executive education and has decidedly contributed to sustain the curatorship of our global Executive MBA degree liaising with learners, academics, practitioners, partners, business school and international institutions, including the complete redesign of the program to a hybrid format in response to the Covid-19 pandemic.
A native of Brazil, based in Berlin, Marília believes in a vision that combines the essence of communication and education to build human capacity through lifelong learning, self-leadership, collaboration, creativity and strategic planning thus fostering human and organizational development.
Before moving to Germany, she founded and led an award-winning communication, M&A and crisis management consultancy. Her team has provided personalized projects in internal and corporate communication, change management, mergers & acquisitions, corporate culture and executive learning to an extensive range of customers, including the largest brands across all verticals, such as Avon, Braskem, CNN, Carrefour, Duke Energy, Dupont, General Electric, Johnson & Johnson, Mercedes-Benz, Pfizer, Unilever and Volkswagen, among others.
