Previously, held top executive positions in several companies of Jerónimo Martins Group in Portugal and integrated task-forces for business repositioning in Poland and organizational re-structuring in Portugal.

Started career in the American multinational, Procter & Gamble, in Marketing. Has a five year bachelor degree in Management from CATÓLICA-LISBON and advanced management programs from Cornell University, NovaSBE-Insead and IMD Business School, Lausanne.
