Malcolm is a practising HE lecturer, Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, External Examiner for Southampton Solent University and has extensive experience as a consultant in the UK and Europe for both private industry and government agencies.

His management career covered many roles including project manager, systems manager and data processing director.

He currently teaches at UK universities and develops workshop case studies for Living Career, an Australian Consultancy that specialises in acculturating immigrant students and recent graduates.
