Malcolm Allitt

Malcolm Allitt focuses on the links between finance, strategy and innovation in creating value in organisations. He works across Ashridge programmes and clients include Novartis, KPN, and Ageas.

In addition to his teaching and consulting work at Ashridge, Malcolm acts as a Growth Accelerator coach to SMEs across a range of industries.

Malcolm’s early career was in construction and the oil industry, latterly as Managing Director of major divisions of two international public companies. He subsequently founded his own design and manufacturing business which is now the international leader in its field.

With a first degree in Engineering Science from Oxford, Malcolm became interested in company dynamics and leadership early in his career. He gained his MBA from London Business School and is currently writing a book on financial value creation in the Ashridge/Bloomsbury series.
