The co-author of A Practical Guide to Feature-Driven Development, Mac has expert-level knowledge and experience in multiple agile methods, including Feature Driven Development (FDD), XP, Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), and enterprise-level transformations. He is a spirited leader, mentor, coach, innovator and enterprise architect with over 30 years in software product development, consulting and business process design and engineering, spanning institutions in diverse industries including aerospace, manufacturing, healthcare, financial and government. A servant leader, Mac empowers teams and individuals to effectively identify and resolve roadblocks to successful project completion, and to develop the habits and attitudes to deliver frequent, tangible, working results. Mac is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), and Tasc Certified Systems Engineer. (TCSE).
