Luv is a senior financial and operational leader with 20+ years of international experience. He has a proven track record of successfully leading organizations through growth and change. A trusted partner of C-Suite, Boards and investors, Luv helps define and deliver on strategies to drive profit margins, cash flow and returns.

In 2006, he successfully led the IPO of one of the largest hotel companies in the world. Thereafter, he headed the Company’s corporate finance function, and steered its investor relations. Luv’s expertise lies in driving growth as well as transforming P&Ls and balance sheets through financial restructuring, acquisitions and divestitures.

An influential leader and strategist, Luv specializes in FP&A, investor relations, corporate governance, due diligence, project and risk management, business development and laws.

With an entrepreneurial mindset, Luv thrives on new challenges and operates at his best in a global environment. His analytical approach and drive for continuous learning has led him to possess several academic degrees in Business, Finance, Strategy and Laws. An excellent communicator and presenter of complex subjects, Luv also serves as a visiting professor at Solvay Brussels School of Economics & Management, ULB.
