Lucia Ballori

Lucia Ballori is Director, Faculty Administration and Support at INSEAD. She is overall in-charge of the administration and support staff to more than 150 permanent world-class faculty from 35 nationalities across INSEAD’s three campuses in Fontainbleau, Singapore and Abu Dhabi.

Lucia holds an Executive Master’s Degree in Consulting and Coaching for Change from INSEAD and has completed a thesis on “An Exploratory Study on How Working Women in Singapore Cope with Social and Emotional Challenges in their Post-Divorce Lives”. She has done research in the areas of Psychological Impact of Divorce, Social and Cultural Factors influencing Divorce in Singapore, and State Policies Affecting Divorcees in Singapore.

Lucia’s passion lies in women’s issues in the domestic sphere. She is also involved with pro-bono consulting on divorce management and volunteer work focused on helping migrant workers build up financial management and computer skills.
