Lip Khoon Lim

Lip Khoon is a Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt and has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration. He has over 25 years of working experience in process, quality systems and business process improvement in a variety of industries around the world.

Lip Khoon has worked with and at senior management level to improve process efficiency, implement effective Lean manufacturing systems and improve profitability. He was a principal consultant for Motorola University with over 12 years of experience coaching and consulting for Motorola clients who have embarked on the Lean and Six Sigma Business Improvement Campaign. Lip Khoon has worked with multiple corporations in setting up the office of strategy management and its governance system. In addition to consulting, Lip Khoon has trained Lean, Six Sigma and Lean Six Sigma Green and Black Belts candidates in Australia, China, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, and Thailand.
