Lincoln is Senior Lead of Product Research at Abbott Nutrition. He has a background in nutritional product development, food and dairy science. At Abbott, he leads both pediatric and adult nutritional product research, plus a global novel protein initiative. Combining his passion for human nutrition and animal physiology, Lincoln also worked in the pet nutrition industry spearheading innovative pet treats, supplements, and snacks.

Lincoln’s translation of products and ingredients research to commercial success includes nutritionals customized for enhanced proteins gastro-intestinal tolerance, digestibility, hypoallergenic formulations, muscle, bone, and cognitive health; plus consumer health products designed with dairy and non-dairy proteins.

Committed to giving back to the community and training future leaders, Lincoln teaches a senior-post graduate course in Dairy Science, Nutrition and Food Applications at the National University of Singapore serving as Adjunct Assistant Professor. Lincoln is focus on linking academic training to industrial relevance from formulation to supply chain that accentuates consumer health user-experience, and healthy-outcomes.

Lincoln attained his Doctorate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, majoring in food science, dairy technology with minors in nutritional biochemistry, and business.
