LK has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Master in Business Administration. He has over 25 years of working experience in Process, Quality System and Business Process Improvement in a variety of industries in Australia, Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand.

LK has worked with and at senior management level to improve process efficiency, implement effective lean manufacturing systems and improve profitability. He was a Principal Consultant for the Motorola University with over 12 years of experience coaching and consulting for Motorola clients who have embarked on the Lean and Six Sigma Business Improvement Campaign. LK has worked with many corporations in setting up the office of strategy management and its governance system. In addition to consulting, LK has trained Lean, Six Sigma and Lean Six Sigma Green and Black Belts candidates in Australia, China, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, and Thailand.
