The University of Auckland Business School

Kirsty is an award-winning teacher and a member of the senior academic staff in the Graduate School of Management at the University of Auckland. She has 18 years’ tertiary teaching experience specialising in communication skills and has taught in the UK, Greece, the UAE and New Zealand. Kirsty has taught at undergraduate, postgraduate and Executive Education levels and is an IELTS examiner. Her expertise includes teaching and assessing written and oral communication skills. In her current role, Kirsty is responsible for developing the business communication skills of the Master’s students. Her doctorate focuses on improving the written communication skills of Master of Professional Accounting students.

Kirsty is highly experienced in helping professionals develop their presentation skills using contemporary technologies to enhance communication strategies and techniques. She is an Executive Education facilitator with the Graduate School of Management, University of Auckland. In this role Kirsty facilitates short courses and bespoke workshops for corporate clients across all management levels. She offers communication skills development for both corporate teams as well as one on one coaching for individuals.
