Kimo Quaintance

Dr. Kimo Quaintance is the Director of Community for ada Learning GmbH, where he works with professionals in a cross-company community to empower their organizations to create a more conscious and sustainable digital future. He is passionate about supporting groups to grow their trust, safety, and focus together, and how to harness the collective intelligence of groups in transformative interpersonal processes. He has studied Embodied Leadership Coaching with the Strozzi Institute, Intensive Short Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP) with master therapists in Germany and the United States, and is an Authentic Eros graduate from the Somatic Academy Berlin. He has studied the traditional use of plant medicines with Shipibo people of the Peruvian Amazon, and has published anthropological field research from East Africa with colleagues from Oxford University Next to his earlier academic career in the United States, China, Scotland and Germany, Kimo spent nearly 15 years as a consultant for organizational strategy and transformation. His client list spans many industry-leading multinationals and organizations such Siemens, Lufthansa, Microsoft, HewlettPackard, VW, General Motors, the United States Army, the Dutch Ministry of Security and Justice, and the Royal Bank of Scotland.
