Kerri McBride

Kerri McBride is the Practice Lead of our People and Change service area. Kerri brings more than 25 years of private industry and consulting experience to the firm and our clients. After beginning her career in industry, Kerri developed broad capability across the Change Management and Talent Management disciplines. With deep skills in culture alignment and associate engagement, Kerri’s focus is on strategies for organizational transformation. Prior to joining Thought Logic, Kerri led change management, talent management and organizational effectiveness teams in the consulting domain and also as the leader of internal Centers of Excellence. Since joining Thought Logic, Kerri has developed a robust practice of Human Capital and Change Management practitioners working across our client base delivering transformational People strategies that accelerate change and sustain desired outcomes for the long term.
