Alberta School of Business

Kelly Ostermann has over 30 years’ experience in soil and vegetation science and project management. Kelly acquired this experience throughout Alberta, British Columbia, Nunavut, Yukon, and the Northwest Territories. She has managed a wide range of projects relating to vegetation inventory, ecological land classification, wetland assessments, range management, soil science, remediation, and land reclamation. Her early work includes research on disturbed landscapes and working with mining and oil and gas developments to reduce impacts. For the last 20 years, Kelly has worked with the industry, developers, and government to ensure projects proceed with the proper due diligence and protection of our valued natural landscapes. Kelly has been able to utilize her communication skills and technical knowledge to develop ecologically based, cost effective solutions clients are able and willing to implement.
