Berkeley College
Prior to a career in higher education, Judith Corbett-Carter served as a probation officer for the District of Columbia. She also worked as a social worker and mental health counselor in Toledo, Ohio. Professor Corbett-Carter earned a PhD from Loyola University in Maryland, a MEd from the University of Toledo, and a BA from Youngstown State University.
