Coles College of Business

Joshua Palmer is an Assistant Professor in the Leven School of Management in Kennesaw State University's Coles College of Business. His research examines the impact of dark personality traits (e.g., narcissism, Machiavellianism, and psychopathy) on social interactions and decision-making within organizations. His work has been published in academic journals such as Group & Organization Management, Journal of Organizational Behavior, The Leadership Quarterly, and Personnel Psychology, among others.

He teaches courses such as Management and Behavioral Sciences, Human Resources Management, Compensation and Reward Systems, and Human Resources Selection. He is the faculty advisor for the Kennesaw State University Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). Please email him if you are interested in being involved in SHRM.

Joshua received his bachelor's degree in Psychology from Florida Gulf Coast University, his master's degree in Applied Psychology from Southern Illinois University, and his doctoral degree in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources from Florida State University.
