Joshua Ford

I am a passionate educator at Indiana University's Kelley School of Business. I serve as a lecturer for Compass 1, a course designed to support student professional growth and development. I coach students on their journey to develop their personal brand through exploration of values, personality, and interests.

I bring a background of 9 years of experience working with students in the residence halls. In this environment I have supported students as they navigated crisis, challenging personal relationships, and new leadership opportunities. These experiences have instilled in me a passion for problem solving, conflict coaching, and supporting student's intellectual and emotional well-being. This experience has also allowed me the opportunity to recruit and hire hundreds of employees- a knowledge base I utilize in career coaching opportunities.

I am passionate about social justice and prioritize opportunities to learn more about the identities we carry and how those identities show up in our relationships with others. I am committed to creating opportunities for students to grow in their understanding of self and others and as a result create more authentic and meaningful relationships with those around them.
