Biography
Jessica provides freelance writing, editing and translation services to help corporations and independent professionals communicate with their target audiences. Since 2006, she has assisted more than 150 clients, including financial institutions, software development firms and educational organizations.
In 2007, Jessica began developing and leading workshops on business writing, primarily for banking professionals who write in English as a second language. She has presented the workshops in Peru, Mexico and the United States. When conducting the workshops, she draws on her experience learning foreign languages and teaching English-language learners in the United States, Russia, Macedonia and Peru.
Jessica previously worked in communications, grant seeking and general fundraising for the National Geographic Society and several other nonprofit organizations.
Jessica lives in Portland with her husband and two young sons. She enjoys spending time with her family and traveling internationally.
