Jeremy Tan

Jeremy has held key leadership positions in the last 30 years with the Info-Communication Development Authority (IDA), StarHub, SingTel, M1 and National Cash Registers (NCR). His transformation leadership style across the Asia-Pacific region has helped companies deliver better customer experience through staff engagement, digitization and automation of services and operations. He currently heads an operational business unit at an integrated resort. Some of his notable achievements includes the deployment of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Desktop Automation. Under his leadership, his business unit has won numerous local and international awards for providing innovative and customer first services. He also serves as an Adjunct Lecture at Nanyang Polytechnic lecturing on topics such as service operations, contact centre operations and service innovation. Jeremy has a Bachelor of Business (Information Processing) from Curtin University an MBA from Murdoch University and a Graduate Certificate in Counselling from Monash University.
