Biography:
Jennifer Harrison is a Professor of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management at NEOMA Business School, France. She teaches OB/HR topics and experimental methods for graduate level courses for programs such as the DBA and PhD. Jennifer studies gender and diversity, positive emotions, deviance and professional development for individuals at all levels of organizations. Her research has appeared in several journals such as the Journal of Occupational Organizational Psychology, Human Resource Management Review, and International Journal of Human Resource Management. Jennifer has presented her research at scholarly conferences across Europe, Canada, and the US. Jennifer has been awarded several international reviewer awards, including the prestigious Outstanding Reviewer Award from the Academy of Management for the Organizational Behavior Division. Jennifer's research has also be featured in leading Canadian and US news outlets. She is a New College Fellow and a past Chair for the HR Division of the Administrative Sciences Association of Canada. Prior to starting her research career, Jennifer held various strategic roles with medium-sized management consulting firms advising FP 100 corporations, as well as selected high-growth small- and mid-sized firms.
