UNC School of Government
Stacey Hypes joined the School of Government in 2006. She has more than 10 years of applications training experience including her work at the University of Arkansas and New Horizons Learning Center. Her responsibilities at the School of Government include managing projects and events for the Center for Public Technology and the NCLGISA organization. Hypes earned a project management master's certificate from Western Carolina University. She also holds a BA in French and a BS in Marketing from West Virginia University as well as a BS from West Virginia State University.
