Janice Shulman

Janice Schulman is an independent 2D animator with over 20 years’ experience; able to generate and communicate ideas from concept through to completion. Skilled at storyboards, character designs, animation, sound design and picture editing. Experience includes designing and animating bumpers commissioned for network and internationally syndicated television shows. French Immersion graduate with a BFA from Concordia University (Film Animation). Original sense of humor and style; excellent time management and presentation skills. Demonstrates exceptional people skills, including meeting and exceeding client expectations. Since 2016 Janice has also been a part time Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Animate instructor for OCAD's Continuing Studies department.

Proficient in Photoshop, Adobe Animate / Flash, and Dragon Frame Stop Motion. Able to adapt traditional animation skills to new software.
