Biography
I am a Ph.D. Business Psychologist with a focus on Personality Assessment, Psychological Testing, Career Development and Leadership Coaching. I like teaching Psychology and Human Resources and providing coaching, consulting and personality assessment. I hold certifications as a Board Certified Coach, an SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources), a Marshall Goldsmith certified coach, Hogan Assessments consultant. I help my clients to identify their goals, find resources, manage challenges and get the most from their career, business, and life. We use personality assessments and psychological testing to better understand personal preferences, advantages, and areas for development. I help my clients to become a better leader, friend, parent, life partner. My clients say that I am an inspirational and innovative leadership expert helping them to see beyond their limitations. As a result of our work together they find new possibilities and feel more energy.

PROFESSIONAL AND LIFE EXPERIENCE
For six recent years, I worked as a Leadership and Executive Coach with the Center for Creative Leadership, the global leader in executive education. Before that, I worked as an HR leader in design and implementation of corporate leadership development, talent assessment practices, career planning methodology, succession planning, and executive coaching. I have led the development of global talent management initiatives and designed development and assessment projects for international companies with up to 20,000 employees and 50 offices in 5 countries. Now I teach Psychology and Human Resources, provide leadership and career coaching.
