He is a faculty member of the McGill Executive Institute and McGill's School of Continuing Studies where he has been nominated four times for the distinguished teacher award. James is also Director of Coaching Practice with The Pillars, a Montreal-area firm specializing in organizational effectiveness. He leads consulting initiatives with large and small companies on developing people and building capacity to create and sustain high-performing, healthy organizations.
