Isabelle is an internationally recognized senior executive, independent consultant, and board member for data-driven and digital transformations. She holds a Ph.D. in mathematics from ETH Zurich, is an elected expert of Innosuisse, the Swiss Innovation Agency, and is a lecturer at ETH Zurich for data analytics. Before, she held leadership positions at global consultancy firms. With 20+ years of experience in the data and technology field, she focuses on the human dimensions in transformations - the key factor for a successful metamorphosis of companies. She bridges the deep technological world to the company’s decision-makers and strategy. She acts as a mentor, coach, and advisor dedicated to enabling people and organizations to become future-relevant in times of disruptive technologies.
