Ilse Vonk

I’m passionate about brands that try to make this world a better place and I love building organizations. For the last 18 years, I have combined both in various roles as COO, Managing Director, and Freelance Strategic Advisor in small and medium-sized companies, either based in The Netherlands (where I'm from) or abroad. I lived in Paris for many years, but also studied and worked in Hong Kong, Shanghai, London, and New York.

My job responsibilities are broad and include everything from people and culture to strategy, processes, brand building, and stakeholder management. Working in a start- and scale-up environment requires a strategic vision and a hands-on mentality, two things I luckily possess. I’m used to working in international environments and speak fluent Dutch, English, and French.
