My Carolina Alumni Association
- Director of Alumni Engagement
Responsible for all aspects of the student alumni membership program. Developed and expanded sustainable programs to include membership growth, lasting connections, student volunteer enhancement and other educational initiatives. Managed and executed all operations of the student member division of My Carolina, with a focus on student development, alumni conferences, and organized educational programs. Grew the My Carolina student program to largest on-campus student organization and set all-time annual fundraising records. Responsible for social media presence of student groups – specifically targeting Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. Annually supervised over 80 students and partnered with other organizations on campus in efforts to restructure and enhance the student membership program’s effectiveness. Additional responsibilities included planning and organizing 50-year class reunions, President’s receptions, Sports preview parties, and networking receptions. Served as staff liaison to the Richland/Lexington Alumni Board and Young Alumni Board.

Supervised all front-line employees and offered knowledgable information to consumers, providing outstanding sales and service. Assessed and resolved all customer and employee complications and complaints, as well as implementing all new policies, procedures and systems for daily bank operations. Initiated, organized, and promoted all marketing efforts and public relations projects throughout the Midlands of South Carolina. Acted as Administrative liaison to numerous charitable and non-profit organizations, most extensively the March of Dimes and APL of South Carolina, resulting in record company participation and fundraising for two consecutive years. Authored and distributed company press releases, both internally and to local media outlets. Responsible for crafting and distributing inter-company monthly newsletter.
