Hugo Tadeu is a professor at Fundação Dom Cabral. He has worked in relevant innovation and productivity projects in large organizations such as Petrobras, Braskem, Ypê, Embraer, Saint Gobain, TV Globo, Samarco, Ambev, Bradesco, Itaú, Mercedes Benz, Subsea 7, AGCO, CNH, Nexa Resources, J&J, IBM among others. Professor Hugo Tadeu has also brought positive results in projects for medium companies in several Brazilian cities. He leads the Innovation Reference Center, and researches in innovation, digital transformation and productivity in the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Cell. He holds a Postdoc Degree in Simulation and Decision Making from Sauder School of Business (Canada), a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais and attended executive development programs at Singularity University. Professor Hugo Tadeu teaches in the Professional Master’s Program, Executive MBA, Post-MBA and in programs for large organizations. He is also de Technical Leader for Open Enrolment Programs in Digital Transformation and StartupLab. Professor Hugh Tadeu is a Visiting Professor at Sauder School of Business (Canada), ESCP (Paris) and Insper (São Paulo). Author of more than 70 articles published in Brazil and abroad, as well as books published in Brazil, United States, Europe and China. Former columnist for several newspapers such as Brasil Econômico, Estado de Minas, O Tempo, NewsComex and Instituto Millennium. He was awarded with important prizes in the last years such as the Best Book in São Paulo Book Biennial and Outstanding Professional from the Administration Regional Council in Minas Gerais. Before joining FDC, Hugo Tadeu was a professor at Fundação João Pinheiro, PUC Minas, FGV, Anima Educação and founded two educational startups.
