Herma Majoor

Herma Majoor has over 20 years of experience in international development and humanitarian projects worldwide, most of these with a focus on gender. She has carried out many gender analyses, in which she provided technical assistance to effectively mainstream gender and promote women empowerment. She has been director of a consultancy firm that specialized in gender related issues for eight years.

She has also been engaged in training on topics such as women leadership, female talent development, gender policy development and gender in higher education. Furthermore, she has conducted many evaluations, either on gender or with gender as a priority.
