Geert Raaijmakers
Biography
Geert Raaijmakers is a partner at NautaDutilh in Amsterdam. He focuses on corporate governance, corporate structuring and joint ventures, but also on pension fund governance. His clients include ABN AMRO, NIBC, SNS REAAL, Delta, Kardan, Vodafone, APG, Prada Benelux and other (listed) companies and financial institutions. Furthermore he assists boards of both listed and unlisted companies in performing their self-assessments. Geert is also professor of corporate and securities law at the VU University in Amsterdam. He writes regularly on developments in corporate governance.
