Biography
-
Frederick worked in the Business school (Higher Education) teaching on HND, National Diploma, BA and professional courses. He particularly enjoyed his work with adults who returned back to college to improve themselves. Some of the students left school with few qualifications and with his support were able to progress successfully to University.
He also enjoyed seeing the growing maturity of younger students who came from high school and advanced through undergraduate studies. He became qualified in NVQ competency based assessments and work place verifications. At the same time Frederick also worked as a part time examiner for London Chamber of Commerce Examination Board and later in their consultancy unit: setting up Corporate NVQ schemes. Within the college he participated with academic boards. He left to start his own business.
