Biography

Dr Francois Bester is an HRM professional with more than 30 years experience in HRM and OD consulting practice - in Southern Africa, West Africa, London, the Gulf States, and California. He published a multicultural model of work identity in 2012, and is currently working on helping young people to understand employability perceptions. His consulting competence is in Organizational Development and Change Management, Strategic Management, strategic facilitation, and HRM. He established undergraduate HRM degrees at two different universities in the region and he lead the development of a leading MBA program at a private university.
