Fionnuala Rogers is a consultant associate solicitor with seven years’ experience exclusively in Art & Cultural Property Law. Prior to joining Constantine Cannon Fionnuala co-founded the Pinsent Masons’ Art and Cultural Property group and spent five years advising clients in the Middle East where she has extensive experience.

Fionnuala advises on all aspects of art law, both contentious and non-contentious, including cultural property and regulation around import and export of antiquities, public art, art and technology, cross border transactions, art funds and alternative investments. Fionnuala acts for a wide range of international clients including museums, institutions, HNW individuals, art funds, government departments (UK and international) and artists. Fionnuala is regularly consulted on policy, legislation and international reports in relation to cultural property issues including the EU, Council of Europe and UNESCO.

Fionnuala is a member of the Professional Advisors to the International Art Market (PAIAM) and PAIAM’s Brexit Committee. She is also a member of the UK Committee for the Blue Shield through which she advises on the the protection of cultural property in conflict and the prevention of illicit trafficking.

Fionnuala is also a regular speaker at international conferences and seminars including The Art Business Conference, Sotheby’s Institute of Art, The Institute of Art and Law and the Arab British Centre.
