Feng Fan is Professor, and export management specialist selected by United Nations International Trade Center. She holds Postdoctoral degree in Economics, Ph.D in Management, dual Master degree in Economics.

She graduated from Nanjing University (Department of International Economics and Trade) with B.S. in Economics in 1997. She worked at Nanjing University Business School after graduation.

From 2000 to 2001, she studied at the Department of Development Economics in Hague Academy of Social Sciences (Netherlands) and obtained M.S in Economics. In 2002, she taught at the Department of International Economics and Trade in Nanjing University Business School, during which she received her second master's degree in Economics and Ph.D. in Management from Nanjing University in 2004 and 2008 respectively. She has attended several research projects supported by National Natural Science Foundation and Jiangsu Province Soft Science Project. She was listed as My Favorite Teacher in Nanjing University, the Nanjing University Shilin Scholarship, First Prize for Nanjing University Business School Teaching Scholarship and First Prize for Shigawa Ryoichi, etc.
