I am an Assistant Professor at the University of Mannheim specializing in data science and empirical accounting research. My research interests include performance measurement, incentives, data analytics, forecasting, and firms' disclosure decisions on climate change. My research seeks to understand how new technology, information, and management concepts shape working behavior and organizational design.
