Eli Broad College of Business

Dr. Farnoosh Khodakarami is an assistant professor of Marketing at Michigan State University. She received her Ph.D. in Marketing from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and her M.Sc. in Management from Queen's University in Canada. Her research is focused on customer relationship management (CRM) and customer loyalty. She also conducts research on digital marketing and non-profit marketing. In addition to research, Farnoosh teaches Digital Marketing at the MBA and undergraduate programs at Eli Broad College of Business.
