Fabian has over 20 years of experience in a variety of capacities relating to municipal infrastructure systems. This background includes extensive experience, both locally and internationally, in land development, contract structuring and negotiations, urban water systems analysis and modelling as well as expert testimony. Fabian is also a principal of HydraTek & Associates, a hydraulic specialist firm which is a global leader in hydraulic transient analysis and pump performance and efficiency testing. Fabian is a member of the Federation of Canadian Municipalities (FCM) Green Municipal Fund (GMF) Peer Review Committee, providing expertise and advice on the fund’s investments in water and energy projects.
