I incorporate real-word illustrations to demonstrate that operations management, project management and various analytic techniques are applicable across many domains. In my research, I focus on the improvement of Knowledge Management and Knowledge Management Systems. I strive to understand organizational processes to improve organizational performance. I am expanding my agenda to examine how organizations determine the best conditions to transition from an outsourcing strategy to an in-sourcing strategy. In my service, I study institutional student academic data to determine key factors that improve student performance. I serve my academic community, by reviewing conference and journal submissions to expand the body of knowledge. Across the board, I am not satisfied with the status quo; I am a catalyst working continuously on improvement.
